Thus, when the actor recently reportedly revealed that before making his debut with ‘Vicky Donor’, he rejected not one but 5-6 movies, it wasn’t much hard to digest.

Reportedly, while addressing an event Ayushmann Khurrana said that he knew that being an outsider he wouldn’t get a second chance. Thus, he was very cautious while picking his very first movie.

The actor also spoke his mind on nepotism. He said that star kids who are successful are genuinely talented. Though they get their first break, later they have to live up to a benchmark. He also added that if he gives his 50% into work, he will garner love and attention, but even a 100% by a star kid doesn’t satisfy the audience.

Further, the reports also have it that the ‘Badhaai Ho’ actor himself approached the makers for two films, which were ‘Andhadhun’ and ‘Article 15’. He said that one must not feel shy about asking for work. He also revealed that for ‘Andhadhun’ he learnt playing piano, and it was not a cake walk; especially playing the musical instrument without looking at it.

The actor reportedly also said that he would like to do a film on social issues after every 2-3 commercial movies.

And another interesting fact which Ayushmann revealed reportedly at the event was about his time of singing in the train. Yes, he said that during long journeys he used to sing in trains and even receive money from the passenger. And this experience of his is what makes him a trained singer, said the actor in humour.
